At PilotSphere, we strive to provide high-quality aviation training programs, including DGCA exam preparation, RTR (Aero) simulation, and interview coaching. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Refund Policy (Digital Products)

All purchases made on PilotSphere are non-refundable.

Since our platform provides instant access to digital content, simulations, and learning materials, we do not offer refunds once:

  • A course or module has been purchased, or
  • Access to any content has been granted

2. Exceptions (Limited Cases)

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment due to a technical error
  • Failed transaction where access was not granted
  • Billing errors caused by our system

In such cases, users must contact us within 48 hours of the transaction.

3. Refund Processing (If Approved)

  • Processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunded to the original payment method
  • Transaction fees (if applicable) may be deducted

4. Subscription Plans (If Applicable)

  • You may cancel your subscription anytime
  • Cancellation will stop future billing only
  • No refunds for the current billing cycle

5. User Responsibility

By purchasing any product on PilotSphere, you agree that:

  • You have reviewed the course details before buying
  • Results depend on individual effort
  • No refunds will be requested after accessing content
